1. Introduction

Welcome to the Jyotishh Jee App. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the platform by astrologers registered on the app. By registering and providing services on the platform, the astrologer agrees to comply with all the terms mentioned below.

2. Eligibility

  • The astrologer must be at least 18 years old.
  • The astrologer must provide accurate personal and professional details during registration.
  • Jyotishh Jee reserves the right to verify credentials, experience, and identity documents.

3. Astrologer Responsibilities

  • Astrologers must provide genuine astrology-related guidance and consultations.
  • Astrologers must maintain professionalism, respectful behavior, and ethical communication with users.
  • Misleading predictions, false promises, or fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited.
  • Astrologers must not use abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language during consultations.
  • Astrologers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of user conversations and personal information.

4. Service Availability

  • Astrologers are responsible for updating their availability status on the app.
  • Repeated unavailability during active sessions may lead to temporary suspension or account review.
  • Jyotishh Jee does not guarantee a fixed number of customers, calls, or chat sessions.

5. Payments & Earnings

  • Astrologers will receive payments according to the commission structure decided by Jyotishh Jee.
  • Payment settlement timelines will be communicated separately by the platform.
  • Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the astrologer.
  • Jyotishh Jee reserves the right to hold payments in cases of disputes, fraud investigations, or policy violations.

6. Prohibited Activities

Astrologers must not:

  • Share personal contact details with users.
  • Ask users for money outside the platform.
  • Promote other apps, websites, or businesses during consultations.
  • Provide services related to illegal, harmful, or unethical activities.
  • Impersonate another astrologer or provide false qualifications.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Jyotishh Jee reserves the right to suspend or terminate an astrologer account if:

  • The astrologer violates these Terms & Conditions.
  • Multiple customer complaints are received.
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or unethical activities are detected.
  • Fake information or documents are submitted.

8. User Data & Privacy

  • Astrologers must keep all customer information confidential.
  • User data obtained through the app must not be stored, shared, or misused.
  • Any violation of privacy policies may result in permanent account termination and legal action.

9. Ratings & Reviews

  • Users may rate and review astrologers based on their experience.
  • Jyotishh Jee reserves the right to remove fake or inappropriate reviews.
  • Consistently poor ratings may affect account visibility or continuation on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Astrology services are based on personal knowledge, beliefs, and interpretations.
  • Jyotishh Jee is not responsible for decisions taken by users based on consultations provided by astrologers.
  • The platform does not guarantee the accuracy or outcome of any prediction or remedy.

11. Intellectual Property

  • The Jyotishh Jee name, logo, branding, and platform content remain the property of Jyotishh Jee.
  • Astrologers may not copy, reproduce, or misuse platform materials without permission.

12. Modification of Terms

Jyotishh Jee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
