At Jyotish Jee, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfactory experience for all users. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking any astrology consultation or purchasing any service through the app or website.

1. Consultation Services

  • Payments made for astrology consultations, chat sessions, call sessions, or video sessions are generally non-refundable once the session has started or has been completed.
  • If an astrologer is unavailable or fails to respond within the expected time, the amount may be refunded to the customer wallet or original payment method after verification.

2. Technical Issues

  • If a payment is deducted but the service is not delivered due to technical issues, server errors, or transaction failure, users can contact our support team.
  • After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3. Duplicate Payments

  • In case of accidental duplicate payments for the same service, the extra amount paid will be refunded after proper review and confirmation.

4. Wallet Recharge

  • Wallet recharge amounts are usually non-refundable.
  • Refund requests for incorrect or failed wallet recharges will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel a booking before the consultation starts.
  • If the astrologer has already accepted or started the session, cancellation charges may apply or the refund may not be possible.

6. No Guarantee Clause

  • Astrology services are based on personal knowledge, experience, and predictions of astrologers.
  • Jyotish Jee does not guarantee the accuracy of predictions or outcomes. Therefore, refunds will not be provided based on dissatisfaction with predictions or advice.

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
